Patricia Pratt was born in 1924 to Leonard and Dorothy Pratt in Detroit, Michigan. She grew up in Detroit.

Pat married Jack Jackson and moved to Atlanta, Georgia prior to 2009. On December 18, 2009 she died in John's Creek, Georgia at the age of 85.

Pat and Jack loved their pets and bird watching. They are survived by one son John, and a daughter Deborah, and some grandchildren.

"Pat" Jackson, 85, of Johns Creek died in her sleep December 18, 2009. She is preceded in death by her husband John (Jack). Surviving are her sister Dalma of Battle Creek; son, John of Detroit; daughter Deborah Johns Creek; and several nieces, nephews and grandchildren. Pat and Jack were pet lovers and bird watchers, so the family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Atlanta Humane Society, www.atlantahumane.org (981 Howell Mill Rd. NW, Atlanta, GA 30318), or the pet rescue or nature conservancy of your choosing. The family is being served by Roswell Funeral Home.
