William Clark Ruddock
William Clark Ruddock was the second child and oldest son of Luke and Maggie Ruddock. He was born in Cheboygan, Michigan in 1876 and died 76 years later in East Jordan, Michigan in 1952. He was only 6 years old when his father died, and 8 when his mother moved the family to East Jordan.
In 1900, he was living with his mother and his sister Laura and her family in their East Jordan home.
In 1930, he was living with his nephew Ralph and his family in Traverse City, Michigan. He was a building painter. In 1940, William was still a painter and was living with Laura and her family who had moved to Traverse City.
In 1947, William was living with his sister Mae and her family in Ludington, though he did spend a few months at Laura's house in East Jordan.
William died on October 7, 1952 at Grandvue Hospital in East Jordan.
