Charlotte Jacobson
Charlotte was the wife of Joseph A Gates.
Charlotte helped to form the first Billings Piano Quartet in Billings, Montana, which was a group that has given benefit performances for many years.
She was elected charter vice president of the St. Stephens Altar Guild of St. Stephen's Episcopal Chapel.
