Jane West was born between 1811 and 1820 in Ireland.  She married William Little and they had 10 children.  The first four were born in Ireland, so the moved to Canada sometime between 1845 and 1847.

On the 1851 census, they lived in Gloucester, Ontario.  They moved to South Pontiac, Quebec by 1861. and McKellar Township near Parry Sound, Ontario by 1871.

Jane died on February 21, 1899 in Parry Sound 20 years after William died.
