Alf Badger was born in Foley Township, near Parry Sound, Ontario in September 1924 to Edward and Etta Badger. He was the third child, and first son of the couple.

Alf married Dorothy "Dot" Ellen Moore and had three children - Stephen, Michael, and Shawn.

Alf died December 26, 2004 at the age of 80. Dorothy died on November 29, 2009 at the age of 84.

Alfred "Alf" McGown Badger passed away at the West Parry Sound Health Centre, James Street, on Sunday, December 26, 2004. Age 80 years.

Loving father of Stephen and his wife Lynne of Wiarton; Michael of Parry Sound; and Shawn and his wife Wanda of Rosseau.

Loving Grandpa of Kelsey, Andrew, Ange, and Eric.

Dear brother of Ida and her husband John Linton; Winnie Bartlett, Betty Pender, Dan and his wife Clara; and the late Jack.

Fondly remembered by Dorothy, his nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Service was in the Chapel on Wednesday, December 29th at 11:00 a.m. followed by a reception. Cremation.
