Steve was born in Santa Monica on February 3, 1953. He graduated SDSU in 1975 and worked for thirty years as a drywall finisher. He married Debbie Costello in 1977 and they had four children.

Steve died on October 13, 2006 at his home in La Mesa, California. He is buried in Holy Cross Cemetery in San Diego.

Steve Malneritch, age 53, died Sunday Oct. 8, 2006, at his home I La Mesa, with his family at his side. He graduated from SDSU in 1975 with a business degree in Real Estate. He is survived by his wife Debbie of 29 years; son Jason, daughters Kellie, Kara and Jaime, father Bob; four brothers and three sisters. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lorraine, and brother Mike.

Memorial mass will he held on Friday Oct. 13th at St Martin of Tours Church in La Mesa with inturnment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
